Surveillance Audit at Dream Group
High Level of Quality confirmed once again!
On 20th January 2014, Dream Group successfully fulfilled the requirements of the regular Surveillance Audit performed to monitor its Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2008. The Quality Management System audit performed by TUV Nord showed compliance to the set standards with no Non-Conformances findings, which once again clearly demonstrates the company’s high standard of Quality and Commitment to its philosophy of Customer Service.
During the one-day audit in 20th January, Business Processes and Procedures of Dream Group within Human Resources, Finance and Health & Safety Department were scrutinized on the basis of random sampling, observation and examination of documentation while compliance with the written processes described in the Quality Manuals and other relevant documentation was verified.
The “Good Practice” and “Recommendation for Improvement” evaluation made during the intensive and stimulating discussions that took place at the audit are encouragement for us to continue optimising the high level of our Processes and Procedures for the benefit of our customers.

Recertification is scheduled on the 3rd week of January 2015 (the current certificate is valid until 15 July 2015).
